Xpress Lifetime Warranties

Supplemental lifetime warranties are available on a majority of our parts at a fraction of the part cost!

Xpress Lifetime Warranties cover all product defects during the buyers' ownership of said part. Upon return of a part under an Xpress Lifetime Warranty, we will promptly send a replacement part at no extra charge to you.

Parts that are not available for lifetime warranties include: non-functional parts that will only be returned for cosmetic and appearance purposes (i.e. drip pans/bowls, knobs, etc.); consumable items that have a short or limited life (i.e. light bulbs, water filters, etc.); and/or electrical and gas parts that cannot be returned for any reason (i.e. control boards, gas valves, etc.). An Xpress Lifetime Warranty must be purchased on the same sales transaction as the part in reference. No supplemental warranty may be purchased on a part after its invoice has been processed. Xpress Lifetime Warranties may not be transferred to another party. Lifetime warranties are non-refundable unless it has been purchased for a part that has been returned within the accepted 30 days per Xpress Returns guidelines.

How to Return a Part with a Lifetime Warranty:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Code by completing our Online Return Request Form.
  2. We will email your RA Code within 24 hours of receipt and review, along with a Return Form to print and return with your part.
  3. Ship part, along with your Return Form and a copy of the original invoice to Xpress.
  4. Once the part is received and reviewed, a replacement part will be shipped immediately.

Return Guidelines for Parts under Lifetime Warranties:

No replacement parts will be sent, nor refunds issued, prior to receiving the original part.

If a part is no longer in production by the manufacturer or is unavailable for replacement upon return of original part, a full refund will be issued for the originally invoiced amount of the part plus any taxes, if applicable.

Returns will not be accepted for product abuse or misuse by customer.

Illegible or incomplete Return Forms, as well as fraudulent submissions, will be considered invalid or ineligible and can seriously delay the replacement process.

We will not be responsible for any return packages lost or misdirected in transit. It is for this reason we encourage you to insure your package for the full value of the part and to use a carrier that allows you to track your shipments.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping the original part back to Xpress Appliance Parts but will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement part.
