Not the part you needed? Return your part for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a full credit or refund!

How to Return a Part:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Code by completing our Online Return Request Form.
  2. We will email your RA Code within 24 hours of receipt and review, along with a Return Form to print and return with your part. You will have the option of receiving an Xpress credit to use towards the purchase of a new part or a full refund.
  3. Ship part, along with your Return Form and a copy of original invoice or packing slip to Xpress.
  4. Once the part is received and reviewed, a full refund or credit will immediately be issued.

Return Guidelines

Returned parts must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date in its original condition to receive a full credit or refund. No credits or refunds will be issued prior to receiving the original part.

Returns will not be accepted for product abuse or misuse by customer.

Due to specific manufacturer policies, we cannot refund any electrical or gas parts for any reason. These parts include but are not limited to control boards, gas valves, etc.

Illegible or incomplete Return Forms, as well as fraudulent submissions, will be considered invalid or ineligible and can seriously delay the credit or refund process.

We will not be responsible for any return packages lost or misdirected in transit. It is for this reason we encourage you to insure your package for the full value of the part and to use a carrier that allows you to track your shipments.

A restocking fee of 20% of the total part price may be applied to return transactions involving Special Order parts.

All shipping charges incurred throughout the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a clerical error made by Xpress Appliance Parts. Shipping charges will be excluded from the credit or refund amounts.

Return Authorization (RA) Code

An Xpress Return Authorization (RA) Code must be issued prior to the return of any part. To obtain this code, please complete our Online Return Request Form.

Xpress Credits

The total cost of the invoiced part plus sales tax, if applicable, will be credited back to the customer in the form of an Xpress Credit Code, which can be applied to any future purchases through www.xpressapplianceparts.com. The credit code will be sent via email within 1-3 business days of return receipt and approval.

Refunds

The total cost of the invoiced part plus sales tax, if applicable, will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. The refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of return receipt and approval.

Order/Shipping Errors

If the wrong part was sent to you due to a clerical error made by Xpress Appliance Parts or the manufacturer, you will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred during this return process.

Manufacturer Warranties

We will acknowledge and approve all returns on parts that fall within the manufacturer warranty period and guidelines. Parts are usually guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 90 days though some may vary; please refer to the manufacturer guidelines and policies on each specific part purchase.
